The project is mainly renovating a historical residential building in the middle of the old core of Bethlehem City into a commercial center without effecting its historical and cultural value.
The design was done by AEG (Architectural & Engineer Ground) Bethlehem, which consisted of the followings:
Demolishing the existing slabs and partitions and keeping on the stone elevations
Casting new slabs to confront the new proposed design
